The Issuer acknowledges and agrees that the Initial Purchaser Information constitutes the only information furnished by the Initial Purchasers to the Issuer for purposes of inclusion in the Additional Disclosure Documents, the Preliminary Offering Memorandum or the Offering Memorandum.
