Initial Projection. Eighteen (18) months prior to the beginning of the calendar quarter which contains the expected date of the First Commercial Sale in the Territory, the Parties shall discuss in good faith the projected quantity requirements of the Compound for the first three (3) years following the First Commercial Sale in the Territory.
