Initial Product Submission Clause Samples

Initial Product Submission. All vendors are required to submit product information for each Item Number description contained within specifications. NO PRICING is to be included. This is a pre-qualifying event only. All proposed products will be evaluated to establish a qualified list of vendors/products to participate in a “live” on line price bidding event. All vendors whose product(s) are deemed qualified will be notified by the Division of Purchasing. Only those vendors and product(s) submitted for evaluation and deemed qualified will be allowed to participate in pricing event (Phase 2).
