Common use of Initial Pledge Date Clause in Contracts

Initial Pledge Date. On the first Closing Date (as defined in the Purchase Agreement), the Pledgor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent in pledge hereunder 9,349,999 VIP Shares, in the manner provided in Section 6(b).

On the first Closing Date (as defined in the Purchase Agreement), the Pledgor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent in pledge hereunder 9,349,999 the number of each of the VIP Shares, Preferred VIP Shares and VIP ADSs then held in the Escrowed Account, which shall be at least 3,213,783 VIP Shares, 6,426,600 Preferred VIP Shares and 128,020,325 VIP ADSs, in the manner provided in Section 6(b).
