Initial Pipes Program. (a) The Subcontractor must prepare an initial Pipes Program to be submitted to the Management Committee for its review and approval (Initial Pipes Program). (b) Subject to the approval of the Management Committee, the Initial Pipes Program will be adopted as the first Approved Pipes Program and first Approved Capital Expenditure Program for the Project. (c) The Subcontractor acknowledges that in performing the Subcontracted Duties it is bound to comply with the terms of the Initial Pipes Program as being the first Approved Pipes Program and the first Approved Capital Expenditure Program for the Project.
