Initial Operational Capacity sum of the Firm and Interruptible Daily Capacity subscribed by the Shipper on a given point on an annual, quarterly, monthly or daily basis, plus the rights-of-use acquired, minus the rights-of-use transferred, and taking into account the Firm and Interruptible Reduction Factors for the Day in question.
