Initial Operating Projection. To the extent prepared in accordance with Section 5.2.1 of the Participation Agreement, the Borrower shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent and the Loan Insurer an operating projection for the initial operating year of the Project, in form and substance satisfactory to the Arranger and the Loan Insurer. The Independent Engineer shall have reviewed such operating projection and advised the Administrative Agent and the Loan Insurer that such projection is reasonable for an electric generation facility of the size and design of the Project.
