Initial Nominations Committee Sample Clauses

Initial Nominations Committee. Notwithstanding anything else in this clause 16, the initial Nominations Committee established following commencement of the Trust: (a) is appointed by the Trustee with the consent of the State and the South West Aboriginal Land and Sea Council; (b) is appointed for a period of 1 year; and (c) is eligible for reappointment on the Nominations Committee under clause 16.7(b) and their period of office on the initial Nominations Committee will not count as a term for the purposes of clause 16.7(c).
