Initial Load Clause Samples

Initial Load. Furnisher shall, on or before the Effective Date of this Agreement or at such other time at which the parties hereto shall mutually agree, but in no event later than ninety (90) days after the Effective Date hereof, transfer all Data contained in Furnisher’s database to the Fides Database in the manner prescribed in the Submission Instructions Upon Furnisher’s submission of the Initial Load, Data submitted therein will be screened by Fides for compliance with the Minimum Reliability Standards. Any Data which does not satisfy the Minimum Reliability Standards will be placed in Furnisher’s Fides Data Queue for review, modification and/or correction and resubmission by Furnisher.
