Initial Limit and Outstanding Limit Clause Samples

Initial Limit and Outstanding Limit. The maximum amount recoverable under this Reinsurance Agreement shall not exceed the Initial Limit. The amount recoverable under this Reinsurance Agreement as of any date shall not exceed the Outstanding Limit as of such date, prior to giving effect to any adjustments to the Outstanding Limit as of such date.
