Initial Licensed Materials. Following the execution and delivery of this Agreement by Licensee to LEAP, and the payment of the Initial License Fee, LEAP may i) provide Licensee with an initial package of Licensed Materials and such documents, information and other materials as shall be determined by LEAP in its sole discretion (such initial package of Licensed Materials as provided by LEAP being the “Initial Licensed Materials”), ii) provide access to Licensee of Company products or services based upon the License Level selected by Licensee, or iii) some combination or i and ii.
