Initial Legal Fees. The Borrower shall pay, or reimburse the Lender for, all out-of-pocket legal fees and expenses incurred by the Lender and by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ in connection with the preparation, review and negotiation of this Agreement and any other Loan Documents executed on the date of this Agreement. On the date of this Agreement, the Borrower shall pay all such legal fees and expenses not previously paid or for which funds have not been previously provided.
