INITIAL INTEREST. The loan must be granted to the applicant with no interest or principal payments until one year after the applicant has ended attendance at that osteopathic college or university. [RR 2019, c. 2, Pt. B, §20 (COR).]
INITIAL INTEREST. Unless and until Pinnacle elects to be a Royalty Interest owner with respect to any Exploratory Prospect, it shall be deemed to be a Working Interest owner and will pay its share of all related costs (except seismic, geophysical and geological costs and other costs described in Section 2.2(b)) pursuant to the invoicing and payment procedures set forth in the Operating Agreement as if such agreement then applied to such Exploratory Prospect.

INITIAL INTEREST. In the event both Parties participate in the acquisition of Mineral Interests and the drilling of an Initial Well on a Prospect, the ownership and costs shall be shared in the following proportions: Black Gold 25 % ; Rangeford 75 %.

Financial transactions received after the close of any NYSE business day will be credited with the next NYSE business day's Accumulation Unit Value for the selected Subaccount. PARTICIPANT The person or entity named in the Certificate who is entitled to exercise all rights and privileges set forth in the Certificate while living. PAYEE The person receiving payment of annuity benefits under this Certificate. PLAN ADMINISTRATOR The Plan Administrator is the person or entity as set forth on the Certificate Data Page. PORTFOLIOS The variable investment options available under the Certificate in which the corresponding Subaccount(s) invest. PURCHASE PAYMENTS Payments in U.S. currency made by or on behalf of the Participant to the Company for the Certificate.
INITIAL INTEREST. Upon completion of the Study ("Study Completion"), and in consideration thereof, Mazarin shall transfer to GRAPH-TECH a 25% interest in the Vehicle (the "Initial Interest"). For purposes of this Memorandum, Study Completion shall be deemed to have occurred on the date which GRAPH-TECH delivers to the Study Committee (as hereinafter defined), a final report as contemplated in Phase Three of the Study. GRAPH-TECH may elect to discontinue the Study at any time without any further obligation, by written notice to the Study Committee. If GRAPH-TECH elects to discontinue the Study, all work product related solely to the feasibility of the project shall be contributed to the Vehicle and all work product related to the use of the graphite flake in GRAPH-TECH's production shall remain GRAPH-TECH's property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
INITIAL INTEREST. Documents evidencing the transfer of the Initial Interest to Buyer, free and clear of any liens, claims, pledges, charges or any other encumbrance of any nature whatsoever.
