INITIAL HOUSING PAYMENT. Students who register for a Room in a Residence Hall must pay a conditionally refundable initial housing payment. The initial housing payment is due no later than the housing registration deadline.

After serving the purpose of reserving space, the $200 will be applied to the balance of housing fees after the Office of the Bursar begins Fall fee assessment. INITIAL HOUSING PAYMENT. A conditionally refundable $350.00 initial housing payment (or pre-payment) must be submitted with this contract. A room assignment cannot be created without this payment. The initial housing payment will be applied toward room and board fees and is not refundable in the event of cancellation or contract breakage after June 1, in accordance with the cancellation and contract breakage fee schedule as outlined in section 7.5 of this contract.

When submitting the Request for Housing lease Application, students are required to submit a $20 non- refundable application fee and a $150 refundable initial housing payment. The initial housing payment of $150 is refundable if (a) a student cancels lease because they are not returning to the University by June 30
