INITIAL HOUSING PAYMENT Sample Clauses

The Initial Housing Payment clause defines the requirement for a tenant or occupant to make an upfront payment related to housing, typically before moving in or at the start of a lease. This payment may cover the first month's rent, a security deposit, or other initial fees as specified in the agreement. By establishing clear terms for this initial financial obligation, the clause ensures both parties understand when and how much must be paid, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and providing financial security to the landlord.
