Common use of INITIAL FORBEARANCE Clause in Contracts

INITIAL FORBEARANCE. The Pueblo shall initially limit the exercise of its HIA Right to the irrigation of the two thousand three hundred twenty-two and forty-five hundredths (2,322.45) acres of recently irrigated acreage, which are those lands, allocated by ditch, identified in Table 1 below and consisting of seven hundred five and forty-nine hundredths (705.49) acres irrigated from the Rio Pueblo de Taos and one thousand six hundred sixteen and ninety-six hundredths (1,616.96) acres irrigated from the Rio ▇▇▇▇▇▇, as of May 30, 2006. Any increase in the Pueblo’s exercise of its HIA Right above this initial amount shall be in accordance with Article 5.1.1.
