Initial Expense Allowance. ‌ Simultaneous with the Cedant's payment of the Initial Reinsurance Premium, the Reinsurer will pay to the Cedant, pursuant to the Settlement Procedures, an “Initial Expense Allowance” defined as a one- time payment in the amount of the result of the Quota Share times the unearned commissions, administrative expense and premium taxes on the Policies determined as of the Effective Date.

  • Expense Allowance The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by him from time to time in the performance of his duties hereunder, against receipts therefor in accordance with the then effective policies and requirements of the Company.
