Initial Document Custodian. The role of Document Custodian with respect to the Required Loan Documents shall be conducted by the Person designated as Document Custodian hereunder from time to time in accordance with Section 14.2. The Document Custodian hereby accepts such agency appointment to act as Document Custodian pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, until its resignation or removal as Document Custodian pursuant to the terms hereof.
