Initial Design Submittal Clause Samples
The Initial Design Submittal clause requires the contractor or designer to provide the first set of design documents or plans to the client or project owner for review and approval. Typically, this submission includes drawings, specifications, and other relevant materials that outline the proposed approach to the project. By establishing a formal process for the initial review, this clause ensures that both parties are aligned on the project's direction from the outset and helps identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies early in the design phase.
