Initial data acquisition and Software. (a) Set up of data feeds direct from other sources (sub-metering/BMS/other suppliers) (i) This assumes that the hardware to be integrated can supply a data feed in an appropriate format. (ii) Additional costs to meet this are not covered unless specifically detailed. (b) Establish business, site and asset structure in the Software; (c) Creation and configuration of data points in Software (d) Data point acquisition, which shall be achieved by: (i) Appropriate data point tagging (e.g., based on industry standards); (ii) Data point mapping (import historical data) into the Software; (e) Import of up-to two years of historical data (assuming it can be provided) (f) Verify data for missing values and anomalies. (g) Set up baselines and KPIs for performance measurement and optimisation. (h) Configure analytical & data quality rules. (i) Provide an initial report on identified issues and optimisation opportunities. (j) Create periodical reports and technical dashboards.
