Initial Customers Clause Samples
The "Initial Customers" clause defines which customers are considered as the first or original clients under an agreement. Typically, this clause lists or describes specific customers that the parties recognize as initial, often for the purposes of exclusivity, revenue sharing, or performance metrics. For example, it may specify that only sales to these named customers count toward certain contractual obligations or incentives. The core function of this clause is to clearly identify the initial customer base, thereby preventing disputes over which customers are included and ensuring both parties have a shared understanding from the outset.
