Initial Borrowing Base Assets. As of the date hereof, the Lenders have approved for inclusion in calculations of the Borrowing Base (i) the Properties identified on Schedule 4.1., as well as the Unencumbered Eligible Property Value initially attributable to each such Property and the (ii) Mortgage Receivables identified on such Schedule.
Initial Borrowing Base Assets.
