Initial Application for Listing. The Issuer confirms that it has caused to be made or will cause to be made an application for the Programme to be listed on the SGX-ST. In connection with such application, the Issuer agrees:- (1) on the date of this Agreement (or as soon as practicable thereafter) to supply to the SGX-ST copies of the Information Memorandum and such other documents, information and undertakings as may be required for the purpose of obtaining such listing; and (2) to use its best endeavours procure that the Information Memorandum shall be approved by the SGX-ST.
