Initial Annual Network Node Rate Pro Rated Sample Clauses

The "Initial Annual Network Node Rate Pro Rated" clause defines how the annual fee for network node services is calculated on a pro rata basis when service does not begin at the start of a full contract year. In practice, this means that if a customer starts using network node services partway through a year, they will only be charged for the portion of the year during which the service is provided, rather than the full annual rate. This clause ensures fair billing by aligning charges with the actual period of service, preventing overpayment and providing clarity on cost allocation for partial-year service periods.
