Initial and Continuing Reports. On or before the Closing Date, the Seller will provide the Insurer a copy of the magnetic tape to be delivered to the Indenture Trustee on the Closing Date setting forth as to each Home Loan, the information required under the definition of "Home Loan Schedule" at Section 1.01 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
