Initial and Continuing Reports. On or before the Date of Issuance, the Servicer and the Originator will provide the Insurer a copy of the magnetic tape to be delivered to the Indenture Trustee on the Closing Date setting forth as to each Contract, the information required in the Schedule of Contracts. Thereafter, the Servicer shall deliver to the Insurer not later than 12:00 noon, New York City time, on each Determination Date the report required by Section 3.8 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
