Informing TENNCARE of Potential Ineligibility. ‌ Although the CONTRACTOR may not request disenrollment of a member, the CONTRACTOR shall inform TENNCARE promptly when the CONTRACTOR knows or has reason to believe that an enrollee may satisfy any of the conditions for termination from the TennCare program as described in TennCare rules and regulations.
