Information Synchronization Method Sample Clauses

Information Synchronization Method. The Parties agree, within five (5) working days after this Agreement becomes effective, to communicate in respect of synchronizing the information stipulated in article 2.5.1 in the manner of system docking (including but not limited to providing Party A with the authority to search for information on Party B’s Platforms, and transmitting information to the port designated by Party A in accordance with fixed terms), and complete system docking before June 1, 2018. Subject to mutual agreement, the above term for completion may be reasonably extended.
