Common use of Information Supplied by Initial Purchasers Clause in Contracts

Information Supplied by Initial Purchasers. Each of the Issuers and the Guarantors hereby acknowledges that, for purposes of Section 4(c) and Section 8, the only information that the Initial Purchasers have furnished to Kratos specifically for use in the Preliminary Offering Memorandum or the Final Offering Memorandum are the statements set forth in (a) the first sentence of the sixth paragraph and (b) the first sentence of the eighth paragraph under the caption “Plan of Distribution” in the Preliminary Offering Memorandum and the Final Offering Memorandum.
