Information Supplements. The Company agrees to supplement, from time to time, the representations and warranties of the Company contained in Section 7(h) hereof so that they will remain complete and correct in all material respects; provided, that no such supplemental information provided after the date hereof pursuant to this Section 9(d) or otherwise shall be deemed to amend or supplement the Schedules to this Equity Commitment Agreement for purposes of determining whether the conditions set forth in Section 11 hereof have been satisfied.
