Common use of Information Supplementation Clause in Contracts

Information Supplementation. Affected System Operator and Transmission Developer shall supplement its information submissions described above in this Article 18 with any and all “as built” information or “as tested” performance information that differs from the initial submissions or, alternatively, written confirmation that no such differences exist.
