Common use of Information Supplementation Clause in Contracts

In the event that direct recordings of these voltages is impractical, recordings of other voltages or currents that mirror the response of the Large ElectricLarge Generating FacilityU nit’sFacility’s terminal or field voltage are acceptable if information necessary to translate these alternate quantities to actual Large ElectricLarge Generating Facility UnitFacility terminal or field voltages is provided. Large ElectricLarge Generating Facility UnitFacility testing shall be conducted and results provided to the Connecting Transmission Owner Participating TO and NYISO the CAISODistribution Provider for each individual generating Electric Generating Unitgenerating unit in a station. Subsequent to the Commercial Operation Date, the Interconnection Customer shall provide Connecting Transmission Owner the Participating TO and NYISO the CAISODistribution Provider any information changes due to equipment replacement, repair, or adjustment. Connecting Transmission Owner The Participating TODistribution Provider shall provide the Interconnection Customer and NYISO any information changes due to equipment replacement, repair or adjustment in the directly connected substation or any adjacent Connecting Transmission Owner Participating TODistribution Provider-owned substation that may affect the Interconnection Customer Attachment Customer’s Interconnection Facilities equipment ratings, protection or operating requirements. The Interconnection Customer and Connecting Transmission Owner Parties shall provide such information no pursuant to Article 5.19no later than thirty (30) Calendar Days after the date of the equipment replacement, repair or adjustment..
