Common use of Information Submitted Clause in Contracts

Information Submitted. All financial and other information that has been submitted by the Borrower or a Subsidiary to the Bank, including the Borrower's financial statement delivered to the Bank most recently prior to the Closing Date: (a) in the case of financial statements, is prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied; and (b) is true and correct in all material respects and is complete insofar as may be necessary to give the Bank true and accurate knowledge of the subject matter thereof.
