The "Information Service Traffic" clause defines the rules and conditions governing the transmission and use of data or information services between parties. Information Service Traffic. Traffic delivered to or from an Information Service Provider.
Information Service Traffic. Local Traffic which originates on a Party’s network and which is addressed to an information service provided on an information services platform served by the other Party (e.g., 976 and 900).
Information Service Traffic. Traffic delivered to or from an Information Service Provider for the provision of Information Service. ISP-Bound Traffic is a subset of Information Service Traffic. Inside Wire or Inside Wiring: Wiring within the customer Premises that extends to the Demarcation Point of CenturyLink’s outside plant. Inside Wire is owned or controlled by the End User (unless otherwise specified herein or under Applicable Law).
Information Service Traffic. VII.1.1 This Section 7.1 applies to Information Service Traffic which originates from either (i) Urban Media's Resale Services Customers or (ii) Urban Media's Customers utilizing Ameritech's Unbundled Local Switching and which terminates to the applicable information services platform connected to Ameritech's network.
VII.1.2 Information Service Traffic shall be routed over Ameritech's network in the case of Urban Media's Resale Services Customers and, in the case of Urban Media's Customers utilizing Ameritech's Unbundled Local Switching, over the Local/IntraLATA Trunks.
VII.1.3 In accordance with procedures to be established by the Implementation Team:
(a) Urban Media shall provide Ameritech sufficient information regarding uncollectibles and Customer adjustments necessary for Ameritech to pass through adjustments to the information provider; and
(b) Ameritech shall provide Urban Media via magnetic tape or electronic file transfer, the rated message information for billing the Information Services Traffic to Urban Media's Customers.
VII.1.4 Urban Media shall bill and collect the appropriate charges for such Information Service Traffic and shall remit the amounts collected to Ameritech less the Information Services Billing and Collection fee set forth at Item III of the Pricing Schedule. Urban Media shall use its best efforts to bill and collect such charges. If Ameritech determines that the level of uncollectibles for Information Service Traffic originating from Urban Media's customers is materially greater than the level of uncollectibles for Information Service Traffic originating from Ameritech's Customers, Ameritech and Urban Media shall take corrective measures as determined by the Implementation Team.
VII.1.5 If Urban Media, after using its best efforts, does not have the ability to bill and collect for Information Services Traffic as of the Interconnection Activation Date, Ameritech and Urban Media shall cooperate to utilize an alternative method for billing Information Service Traffic until such time as Urban Media has such ability to bill and collect for such Information Service Traffic.
VII.1.6 Nothing in this Agreement shall restrict either Party from offering to its Telephone Exchange Service Customers the ability to block the completion of Information Service Traffic, as permitted by Applicable Law.

IntraLATA is a term used to describe Ameritech services, revenues and functions that relate to telecommunications services originating and terminating within a single LATA or court-approved territory associated with the LATA. Land-to-Mobile Traffic delivered by Ameritech to Carrier. Mobile-to-Land Traffic delivered by Carrier to Ameritech. Multi-Partv Traffic Telecommunications traffic which is jointly carried by Ameritech and a facilities-based telecommunications carrier other than Carrier, including Network Point of Interconnection The physical demarcation point between Ameritech and Carrier or between Ameritech and a third party carrier’s facilities or premises as designated by Carrier. Among other things, this point establishes the technical interface, the test point(s), and the point(s) for operational division of responsibility between Ameritech’s network and Carrier’s network. Switch Equipment used by Carrier to provide switching functions for the provision of CMRS services to its subscribers. Premises As Defined in the Rate Center means the specific geographic point which has been designated as being associated with a particular NPA-NXX code which has been assigned to a carrier for its provision of telephone exchange service. The Rate Center is the finite geographic point identified by a specific V&H coordinate, which is by that carrier to measure, for billing purposes, distance sensitive transmission services associated with the specific Rate Center; provided that Rate Center cannot exceed the boundaries of an exchange area as defined by the state regulatory commission. Land-to-Mobile - Traffic delivered by Ameritech to Carrier. Local Traffic - Telecommunications traffic between a LEC and a CMRS provider that, at the beginning of the call, originates and terminates within the same Major Trading Area (“MTA”), as defined in 47 CFR Section 24.202(a). For purposes of defining Local Traffic in the Mobile to Land direction under this Agreement, the termination point on Ameritech's network shall be the End Office serving the called party; the origination point on Carrier's network shall be the paging base station which services the calling party at the time the call begins. In no event shall Local Traffic include any traffic which is originated on a Party’s physical switch and handed off to the other Party and then is routed/delivered to an ISP Point of presence to create a real-time, through connection. Mobile-to-Land - Traffic delivered by Carrier to Ameritech. Multi-Party Traffic - Telecommunications traffic which is jointly carried by Ameritech and a facilities-based telecommunications carrier other than Carrier, including IXCs, LECs, ILECs or other CMRS providers. This traffic includes, but is not limited to, Transit Service and traffic carried pursuant to Toll Carrier Arrangements.
