Common use of Information Requests Clause in Contracts

Information Requests. The parties hereto shall provide any information reasonably requested by the Administrator or any of its Affiliates, at the expense of the Administrator or any of its Affiliates, as applicable, in order to comply with or obtain more favorable treatment under any current or future law, rule, regulation, accounting rule or principle.
