Typically, this repository is accessible to authorized parties and may include items such as project records, correspondence, reports, and updates, often maintained electronically for ease of access and tracking. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties have a reliable, organized, and consistent source of information, thereby reducing misunderstandings and facilitating efficient collaboration.

Information Repository. An information repository for the Project will be established at the Beaches Branch Public Library.
Information Repository. Establish and maintain at least one information repository at a location convenient to public access (e.g., local library). The purpose of the information repository is to allow open and convenient public access to site-related documents approved by the Department for public disclosure. Therefore all documents for the information repository must be approved by the Department. At a minimum, the repository for a site must include copies of the following: ➢ Order or Consent Agreement ➢ Regional Water Quality Control Board Orders ➢ RFI Workplans ➢ RFI Reports ➢ Interim Measure Workplans ➢ Corrective Measures Study Workplans ➢ Corrective Measures Study Reports ➢ Public Involvement Plan ➢ Statement of Basis for Remedy Selection Other information: ➢ Copy of relevant laws, regulations and policies; ➢ Copies of press releases and newspaper clippings that refer to the site; ➢ Brochures, fact sheets, and other information about relevant laws, regulations, policies and the specific site; ➢ Any other relevant material (e.g., published studies on the potential risks associated with specific chemicals that have been found at the site)

Information Repository. Keeping the public and community informed about the Village’s Brownfields project and benefits to local stakeholders is essential to their economic development strategy. The Village will establish and maintain a dedicated Brownfields webpage that links to the Village of Vinton website to provide general information and meeting notices in support of the program. WSP, with assistance from the Village, will make project related information available to local residents within the Brownfields website, including the ABCA, site investigation reports, the cleanup plan, cleanup standards used, and documentation of cleanup, once achieved. WSP and/or Stantec will manage, post and respond to public comments on the Brownfields website, also with assistance from Village personnel. Information that needs Council action will be advertised per city regulations and be readily available for the public, municipal, officials, agencies, partners and media for easy access and review. Information Repository. Where the AR, current information, technical reports, and reference materials regarding a Superfund site are stored. EPA or the state establishes the repository in the community as soon as a site is discovered. It provides the public with easily accessible information. Repositories are established for all sites where cleanup activities are expected to last for more than 45 days. Typical community repository locations include public libraries and municipal offices.
