Common use of Information Reporting Clause in Contracts

Information Reporting. The Developer shall cooperate in all reasonable ways and provide necessary and reasonable information to the Town Parties or any other applicable governmental authority to enable the Town Parties to review Developer’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement, assure its compliance with the terms of this Agreement, prepare any reports required by applicable law, and to comply with any other reporting requirements of the Act and/or this Agreement.
