The Issuer covenants and agrees that, upon the direction of the Borrower or Bond Counsel, it will mail or cause to be mailed to the Secretary of the Treasury (or his designee as prescribed by regulation, currently the Internal Revenue Service Center, Ogden, UT 84201) a statement setting forth the information required by Section 149(e) of the Code, which statement shall be in the form of the Information Reporting Statement (Form 8038) of the Internal Revenue Service (or any successor form as may be necessary from time to time with respect to any Bonds).
