Information Relating to NETWORKING Accounts. For each Networking Account, Broker-Dealer shall provide the Fund Company with all information necessary or appropriate to establish and maintain each Networking Account (and any subsequent changes to such information) which Broker-Dealer hereby certifies, to the best of the knowledge of Broker-Dealer, is and shall remain true and correct.
