Information Regarding Services. Each Party shall make available to the other Party any information required or reasonably requested by the other Party regarding the performance of any Service and shall be responsible for timely providing that information and for the accuracy and completeness of that information; provided, however, that a Party may not provide any information that is subject to a confidentiality obligation owed by it to a Person other than an Affiliate, its general partner, or the other Party.
