Common use of Information Packages Clause in Contracts

Information Packages. (A) As soon as available and in any event not later than three (3) Business Days prior to each Monthly Settlement Date, an Information Package as of the most recently completed Fiscal Month and (B) upon ten Business Days’ written request of any Purchaser, a written report in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to such Purchaser setting forth the Specifically Reserved Maintenance Revenue Amount as of the most recently completed calendar month; provided, however, that prior to the occurrence of a Level 1 Ratings Trigger, no SPV Entity shall be required to prepare any such report more frequently than once per calendar quarter.
