Common use of Information Packages Clause in Contracts

Information Packages. (A) As soon as available and in any event not later than two (2) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, a Monthly Report as of the most recently completed calendar month and (B) during any Weekly Reporting Period, not later than the second Business Day of each calendar week, a Weekly Report as of the close of business on Friday of the most recently completed calendar week.

Information Packages. (A) As soon as available and in any event not later than two (2) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, a an Information Packagea Monthly Report as of the most recently completed calendar month and (it being understood that no more than one (1) Information Package shall be required to be delivered within any one calendar week).and (B) during any Weekly Reporting Period, not later than the second Business Day of each calendar week, a Weekly Report as of the close of business on Friday of the most recently completed calendar week.
