Information Infrastructure Clause Samples

The Information Infrastructure clause defines the requirements and standards for the systems, networks, and technologies used to store, process, and transmit information within the scope of the agreement. It typically outlines the responsibilities of each party regarding the maintenance, security, and accessibility of these technological resources, and may specify compliance with certain industry standards or regulations. By establishing clear expectations for the management and protection of information infrastructure, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings, ensures operational continuity, and mitigates risks related to data breaches or system failures.
