Information Furnished by Underwriters. The Underwriters severally confirm that the statements regarding the delivery of the Notes by the Underwriters set forth on the cover page of, the information appearing in the list of names of each of the Underwriters under the caption “Underwriting” in, and the subsection entitled “Price Stabilization, Short Positions and Penalty Bids” (other than the final paragraph thereof) appearing under the caption “Underwriting” in the most recent Preliminary Prospectus and the Prospectus, constitute the only written information furnished to the Company by the Representatives on behalf of the Underwriters, referred to in Sections 1(e), 1(f), 1(g), 5(a), 7(a) and 7(b) of this Agreement.
