Information Furnished by Underwriters. The statements set forth under the caption “Underwriting”, (a) in paragraph 6 and (b) in paragraph 13, constitute the only written information furnished by or on behalf of any Underwriter referred to in paragraphs (c), (d) and (e) of Section 1 hereof and in paragraphs (a) and (b) of Section 7 hereof.
