Information Furnished by the Underwriter. The information under the heading “Short Positions and Price Stabilizations” in the “Underwriting” section, only insofar as such statements relate to over-allotment and stabilization activities that may be undertaken by the Underwriter, constitutes the only information furnished by or on behalf of the Underwriter for use in the Registration Statement, any Preliminary Prospectus, the Pricing Disclosure Package, the Prospectus or any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus, as such information is referred to in Sections 3 and 10 hereof.
