Common use of INFORMATION FROM EMPLOYER Clause in Contracts

INFORMATION FROM EMPLOYER. The Employer shall supply full and timely information to the Administrator on all pertinent facts as the Administrator may require in order to perform its functions hereunder and the Administrator shall advise the Trustee of such of the foregoing facts as may be pertinent to the Trustee's duties under the Plan. The Administrator may rely upon such information as is supplied by the Employer and shall have no duty or responsibility to verify such information.

The Administrator may shall be entitled to rely upon the accuracy and completeness of all information furnished to it by the Employer, unless it knows or should have known that such information as is supplied by the Employer and shall have no duty or responsibility to verify such informationerroneous.
