Information Correct. The information regarding Debtor set forth on the first page of this Agreement is true and correct and Debtor will immediately notify the Bank in writing of any change in such information and will not change its state of organization, not change its legal name and not merge or consolidate with any other entity without providing the Bank with thirty (30) days prior written notice of such event.
