Common use of Information Campaign Clause in Contracts

Information Campaign. Parties will provide all necessary information in respect of the Binding Open Season Procedure by means of regular updates at Parties websites and/or by e-mails to all parties involved.

Information Campaign. Parties will provide all necessary information in respect of the Binding Open Season Procedure to all parties involved. Besides information, provided by means of regular updates at Parties websites, the Participants may be invited to a common information meeting with interactive presentation and consultation of Parties, if requested by any of them. In such case the date and venue of this meeting will be announced by Parties in due time on their websites and/or by e-mails to all parties involvedxxx.xxxxxxxx.xx and xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xx.
