Information Agent Services. Pursuant to a separate agreement by and between the Company and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and in connection with the subscription offering, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall serve as information agent for the Company.
Information Agent Services. 1. SERVICES G▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall perform the information agent services described in the schedule of fees attached hereto as Exhibit C (such services, collectively, the “IA Services”).
2. FEES In consideration of G▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ performance of the IA Services, the Company shall pay G▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ the amounts, and pursuant to the terms, set forth on the schedule of fees attached hereto as Exhibit C, together with the costs and expenses set forth below. The Company acknowledges and agrees that the schedule of fees shall be subject to adjustment if the Company requests G▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to provide services with respect to additional matters or a revised scope of work.
