Informação. O Cliente notificará imediatamente à Red Hat (ou ao Parceiro Comercial junto ao qual o Cliente tenha adquirido Software ou Serviços) se o número efetivo de Unidades de Softwares ou Serviços utilizadas pelo Cliente exceder o número de Unidades pelas quais o Cliente tenha pago as Taxas aplicáveis. Em sua notificação o Cliente incluirá o número de Unidades adicionais e a(s) data(s) em que tais Unidades foram utilizadas pela primeira vez. A Red Hat (ou o Parceiro Comercial) faturará ao Cliente os Serviços aplicáveis a tais Unidades e o Cliente efetuará o pagamento por tais Serviços dentro de, no máximo, 30 (trinta) dias contados da data da fatura.

Informação. As Partes Contratantes apoiam o trabalho do Instituto fornecendo informação relacionada com as florestas mediante pedido específico, desde que esta não se encontre disponível noutras instituições que coligem informação e desde que possa ser disponibilizada de forma razoável.
